At Yedifark, creativity never stops — and neither does growth. This month, I’ve had the chance to help our amazing team level up their English skills in a way that’s as dynamic as the work we do here.

As the in-house English teacher, my job is to design and deliver lessons that go beyond grammar drills and textbook exercises. Instead, I create custom learning plans tailored to different levels, with clear educational goals — all built around the fast-paced, creative environment of Yedifark.

My approach is kinetic and always hands-on. Whether we’re practicing in the kitchen, playing language games in the garden, or using Web 2.0 tools, every activity is designed to integrate English into everyday life. Learning here isn’t separate from work — it’s part of it.

One of the most exciting parts of this month was to get to know everyone and bond. Plus with the help of our graphic designers and videographers I developed interactive games from scratch. Instead of relying on pre-made resources, I was able to build activities specifically suited to our team’s needs — from concept to visuals to gameplay. That kind of creative collaboration made the learning process not only effective, but genuinely fun.

It’s been an incredible month of growth, not just in language, but in teamwork and confidence. I’m so thankful to the entire Yedifark team — your support, energy, and openness to learning made this journey unforgettable.
